An open bar with a twist!

One of the trends that I see a lot of recently is an open bar concept. Having an open bar can add a level of excitement to your event or wedding.  Instead of having a plethora of choices, or doing a full bar stocked to the nines, try doing a specialty cocktail bar.  The bar can feature multiple sparkling wines or highlight locally brewed beer or local vineyards. 

This reduces the cost of your beverages!  You can always offer soft drinks, ice tea, and water.
